Our lab maintains a set of tools for for fMRI preprocessing, analysis and batching built on top of SPM12 which can be found on our github page.
Optical mark recognition toolbox
A Matlab toolbox for aligning, deskewing and scoring "scantron" style forms is available here: matlab omr-toolbox. Documentation is a bit sparse at the moment as this was written for a particular use case.
